Founded on the principles of charity, unity and fraternity, the Knights of Columbus was established in 1882 by Father Michael J. McGivney, assistant pastor of St. Mary's Church in New Haven, Conn., and a group of parishioners. Their intent? To bring financial aid and assistance to the sick, disabled and needy members and their families. Council 10077 strives to uplift our brothers, their families, our communities, and our Churches.
Council 10077 is active in the Saints Joachim and Anne Parish. We participate in the food for families (FFF) program, the Bishop’s project, and various other programs that help our Parish and the surrounding communities.
Meeting time: First and third Monday of each month at 7 PM in the St. Michael Meeting Room. The first meeting is our business meeting and the second is a social meeting. All men age 18 or older who are in good standing with the church are welcome to join us!
